As summer approaches, the New Jersey Shore is set to welcome a new culinary gem: Gourmand, a modern American restaurant in Point Pleasant Beach.

Located at 641 Arnold Avenue, inside the historic Gottlieb Building dating back to 1906, Gourmand offers a unique dining experience that blends tradition with contemporary flair.

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Imer Jose Garcia, the menu reimagines classic dishes with global influences.

Highlights include Wagyu Lasagna, Korean BBQ Fried Oysters, and Birria Ramen, each crafted with fresh, local ingredients.

Adding to the experience, Gourmand features handcrafted mocktails prepared tableside from a signature mocktail cart, providing a personal and interactive element to each evening.

While an exact opening date hasn't been announced, the restaurant's social media hints that "the wait is almost over," suggesting an imminent debut.

Reservations can be made through OpenTable or by contacting the restaurant directly.

As the summer season kicks off, Gourmand promises to be a must-visit destination for those seeking a modern American restaurant experience at the New Jersey Shores.
