The New Jersey Shore is buzzing with exciting new restaurant openings, offering fresh flavors and experiences for locals and visitors alike. From innovative charcuterie cafes to oceanfront dining, here's a look at the latest additions to the culinary scene.

Olive & Oak, a beloved charcuterie and catering business established in 2020, is set to open its first café in Oceanport later this month. Known for its artfully crafted charcuterie boxes and grazing tables, the new café aims to serve the local community and the anticipated influx of workers from the upcoming Netflix Studios at Fort Monmouth. The menu is expected to feature sandwiches, salads, light bites, and a unique drink selection, all highlighting products from local vendors. The grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, March 28. In Tuckerton, the family-owned Sunset Seafood has unveiled a new bayfront location at Tuckerton Cove. This ocean-to-table restaurant offers a delectable array of dishes, including crab cakes, shrimp scampi, coconut shrimp, and fried clam strips. Open for both lunch and dinner, it's a BYOB spot perfect for seafood enthusiasts.

Phillipsburg welcomes The Bridge House, a new sports bar that recently held its grand opening. Located in the former Gnarly Brews space, the venue features live music, with local band Whiskey Mansion performing on opening night. The menu boasts pub fare such as wings, starters, sandwiches, salads, and desserts, complemented by a selection of craft and bottled beers, wine, and cocktails.

In Maple Shade, Bar Tacconelli has opened its doors, offering a sophisticated cocktail experience. The menu includes small plates like fresh or broiled oysters, calamari, and arancini, alongside classic drinks such as the Hugo spritz and espresso martini, as well as unique Italian-inspired cocktails. The bar stays open until 11 pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and until 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays, catering to night owls seeking quality bites and drinks.

Spring Lake is set to welcome Marée, a neighborhood bistro and bar inspired by East Coast charm. Founded by Jersey Shore locals Marilyn Schlossbach and Bret Morgan, Marée aims to operate as a public restaurant and bar while offering 12 private, climate-controlled lockers with engraved nameplates, exclusive wine pricing, and concierge service.

As the weather warms, seasonal ice cream shops across New Jersey are reopening. In Lawrence Township, US Mr Ice Cream, known for its creative ice cream creations, has reopened. The Custard Hut locations in Somers Point and Ocean View have kicked off their 49th season, and Van Dyk’s in Ridgewood, renowned for its handmade ice cream, is welcoming customers once again.

In addition to these openings, the charcuterie scene in New Jersey is thriving. Businesses like Savory & Sweet Box and The GriCheese offer artfully curated charcuterie boxes and boards, perfect for any occasion. These establishments provide convenient delivery options, bringing gourmet experiences right to your doorstep. ([savoryandsweetbox.com](https://savoryandsweetbox.com/?utm_source=openai))
